How it works
- Request your return or exchange from your account (Orders), or email info@r3concept.com with your order number and the item(s). For an exchange, tell us the size or colour you want.
- Send the item back following the instructions we email you. Parcels sent without an approved request can't be accepted.
- Receive your refund or new item once we've received and checked your return.
Return shipping
- Canada, orders of $95+: free. We email you a prepaid label to drop off at any Canada Post location.
- Canada orders under $95, United States and international: return shipping is at your cost. We recommend a tracked service.
Exchanges
Exchange for another size or colour, subject to availability. We ship your new item as soon as your return has been received and checked.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your return. Your bank may need a few extra days to post it. Still nothing after 15 business days? Email us.
Wrong, damaged or defective item
Email us as soon as you receive it, with your order number and a photo. We'll replace or refund it at no cost to you, shipping included.
Final sale
- Items discounted by more than 20% can be exchanged, not refunded.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
Customers in the European Union also keep their legal 14-day right of withdrawal.
