- Canada: sales taxes are added at checkout.
- United States: duties and taxes are included in what you pay at checkout — nothing extra to pay on delivery.
- Other countries: duties and taxes are calculated at checkout where available; otherwise the carrier may collect them on delivery.
Tracking, delays and lost parcels
Please double-check your address before ordering: we can't redirect a parcel once it has shipped. If your tracking hasn't moved for 5 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email info@r3concept.com with your order number and we'll sort it out with the carrier.
