Order processing


Orders placed for delivery are processed and verified within 1-2 business days. To ensure quick delivery, please fill out the delivery address as precisely as possible.


We guarantee to refund unworn or unwashed items when you return it in sellable condition, with the original receipt and packaging, within 30 days of the delivery (according to the delivery notice).


Note: we cannot change or intercept a package’s route once it is out for delivery.
Express delivery guaranteed for all orders placed before 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday in MTL (excluding bank holidays).
