R3 CONCEPT DESIGN INC. (“R3 CONCEPT”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through r3concept.com, why we collect it, who we share it with and what your rights are. It is written to comply with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (as amended by Law 25) and with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

1. Person responsible for personal information

The person responsible for the protection of personal information at R3 CONCEPT is its President. You can reach them at info@r3concept.com or by mail at R3 CONCEPT DESIGN INC., 6041 rue La Fontaine, Montreal, Quebec H1N 2B6, Canada.

2. What we collect

  • Information you give us: name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, order details, and any message you send us.
  • Payment information: payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and how you arrived on our site, through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Marketing preferences: whether you have agreed to receive our emails.

3. Why we use it

  • To process, ship and follow up on your orders, returns and exchanges.
  • To answer your questions and provide customer service.
  • To send you emails about new drops and offers, only if you have agreed. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.
  • To prevent fraud and keep our site secure.
  • To understand how our site is used and improve it, and to measure our advertising.

We only collect what we need for these purposes, and we ask for your consent where the law requires it.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with service providers who help us run the store, and only what they need:

  • our e-commerce platform and payment processing (Shopify and its payment partners);
  • shipping carriers (such as Canada Post) to deliver your orders;
  • our email service provider, to send emails you agreed to receive;
  • analytics and advertising services (such as Meta and Google), if you accept the related cookies.

We may also disclose information when required by law.

5. Information stored outside Quebec

Some of our service providers store or process information outside Quebec, including elsewhere in Canada and in the United States. Before doing so, we assess whether the information will be adequately protected, and we require these providers to keep it secure and confidential.

6. Cookies

We use cookies that are needed for the site to work (for example, your cart) and, with your consent, cookies for analytics and advertising. You can refuse or withdraw your consent through the cookie banner or your browser settings. Refusing non-essential cookies does not prevent you from shopping.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (for example, accounting and tax records). After that, we delete or anonymize it.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. If a confidentiality incident presents a risk of serious harm, we will notify you and the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec as required by law.

9. Your rights

You can at any time:

  • ask to access the personal information we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • withdraw your consent, for example to marketing emails;
  • ask us to stop disseminating your information or to de-index it, where the law allows;
  • ask to receive your information in a structured, commonly used technological format.

Send your request to info@r3concept.com. We will answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec or, outside Quebec, with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

10. Children

Our site is not intended for children under 14. We do not knowingly collect their information without the consent of a parent or guardian.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always posted on this page, with its date of last update.
