How to place an order?
To finalize your order, please log in to your R3 CONCEPT account or continue as a guest.
Let yourself be guided through the steps of the ordering process:
- Your cart: once you have chosen your products, click on "Proceed to checkout"
- Login: If you are already logged into your personal account, this step will not be visible.
- Address: Select your shipping and billing address. You can also add a new address at this step.
- Delivery: Choose the desired delivery method.
- Payment: Check your order through the summary and choose your desired payment method. Complete your bank details on the secure payment page and confirm.
- You are automatically redirected to the validation of your order
How can I cancel my order?
When your order is in "Payment accepted" status, you have a maximum of 2 hours to cancel your order. You can cancel your order directly on the order confirmation page or via the "My orders" tab. If the order has a different status or if you exceed the time limits mentioned above, you will not be able to cancel it.
What if I receive the wrong product?
