1. Who we are

r3concept.com is operated by R3 CONCEPT DESIGN INC. (“R3 CONCEPT”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Quebec under number 1178980885, located at 6041 rue La Fontaine, Montreal, Quebec H1N 2B6, Canada. Contact: info@r3concept.com.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them along with our Shipping, Returns & Exchanges and Privacy Policy pages, which form part of these Terms.

2. Using the website

  • You must be of the age of majority in your province, state or country, or use the site with the consent of a parent or guardian.
  • You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, or to copy, scrape or resell its content.
  • We may suspend access to anyone who breaches these Terms.

3. Products and prices

  • Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, and duties where applicable, are shown at checkout.
  • We take care to show our products accurately, but colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.
  • Some pieces are made in limited quantities and may sell out. We may limit the quantities sold per customer or per order.
  • If a product is listed with an obvious pricing or description error, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel your order for a full refund.

4. Orders and payment

  • After you place an order, you receive an email acknowledging it. Your order is accepted when we confirm that it has shipped.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of suspected fraud, unavailability or a pricing error. If we cancel, you are fully refunded.
  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number.

5. Shipping, returns and exchanges

Delivery times, shipping costs, returns, exchanges and refunds are described on our Shipping and Returns & Exchanges pages.

6. Promotions and gift cards

Promotional offers are valid for the period and conditions stated and cannot be combined unless indicated. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

7. Intellectual property

The R3 CONCEPT name and logo, our designs, photos, videos and texts belong to R3 CONCEPT DESIGN INC. or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Reviews and content you share

When you send us a review, photo or comment, or tag us on social media, you allow us to share it on our website and channels, with credit where possible. You confirm the content is yours and does not infringe anyone's rights. We may remove content that is offensive or unlawful.

9. Third-party services and links

Our site uses services from third parties (such as payment, shipping and analytics) and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, R3 CONCEPT is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights and warranties you have under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Quebec Consumer Protection Act.

11. Personal information

How we collect and use your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one posted on this page when you placed it.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
