This soft material with a grainy look is a vegan alternative to animal leather.Manufacturing process :

Recovery of waste from apple production (skin, seeds, residues)

  • Crushing of the waste and mixing with apple fiber and water-based PU to obtain a thick paste

  • Application of a vegetable dye in the paste which will then be spread and compressed with a roller to become a soft and grainy material with a leather-like appearance.

  • Assembly of the material

Because every box deserves a second chance. We have eliminated all tissue paper and single use plastics from our packaging.
